Handcrafted from the very beginning
The Tree of Life is a symbol of the connection between heaven, earth, and the underworld. It has a deep spiritual meaning, and many people see it as a symbol of growth, renewal, and infinity. Perhaps that's why it has become a popular and sought-after interior decoration.
The lime wood we used to create the base of the Tree of Life also has a significant place in history and culture. It was used to make traditional works of art and was considered a symbol of protection, love, and devotion. This adds another layer of symbolism and value to our Tree of Life.
We produce the foundation of our artwork manually with the help of chisels, saws, grinders, and various types of knives. Woodcarving is a skill that has been used for centuries to create artistic or decorative objects, mainly from wood. It requires above all skill and patience. Thanks to this, a beautiful piece of wood regains its lost appearance, and we breathe into it the most faithful three-dimensional shape of the tree.
We further enhance the wooden base with an eco-friendly wax oil in various shades to highlight the unique texture of real wood and achieve a colourful interplay of shades by gently shading the surface. Details are important to us in every step of creating this masterpiece.
After the colours have fully dried, we insert stabilized reindeer moss into the tree's crown. For the production of Tree of Life, we use moss that nature itself has grown and that has been processed into its final form using an ecological method by a family of entrepreneurs who have been engaged in this work for several generations. This stabilized reindeer moss meets German quality stabilization standards and can last for more than a decade without any demanding maintenance.
The Moss Tree of Life is a combination of several high-quality natural materials and beautiful precise carving art that carries deep symbolism and meaning. Its durability, quality, and handmade work make it an exceptional piece that will be a great addition to any interior and bring symbolism, beauty, and art straight from the forest into your home for many years.
